I recently discovered an amazing Youtube Channel, which is quite popular and offers great home workouts with a “personal trainer”. The benefits are you don’t need any equipment, very little space and the workouts are short but effective. So you literally have no excuse left for not working out today :-).
Here is what I did (in that order):
1) Fat burning HIIT
2) Short Ab circle
3) Cool down and stretch
