
When it comes down to fitness, Vienna has a lot to offer. Not only that there is a huge offer of gyms and other indoor fitness activities e.g. Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, this city also provides a lot of options if you want to workout outdoor and for free. I want to give you an overview of my WEEKLY WORKOUT ROUTINE combined with a selection of what you can do if you want to get sporty in Vienna. As a small note I’d like to add that this is my personal style of how I like organise my workouts. I’m not saying that this is working for everyone or the best way to loose weight or whatever. I also have to admit that this amount of training is not possible for me. Sometimes it’s just two times and week and then I manage to workout five times. Just use this as a kind of inspiration for new ways of staying active in Vienna.
MONDAY:
I like starting the week with a so called bums-tums-and-legs (“Bauch-Beine-Po”) workout. I either do this with a full body workout by Kayla Itsines or just put together some of my favorite exercises for this specific body parts.
